The action genre audience

The action genre of films is targeted at males ranging from the age of 16 to 37 because they’re the ones who mainly go to cinemas to watch action films when they comes out.

Most of the audience who watch action films tend to be working class because they like the idea of the middle class villains getting beaten up and killed by the working class hero like in gangster squad where the working class police sergeant and his division takes down Micky Cohen who is the middle class villain who gets people to things for him which is usually the sort of men disliked by the working class.
